- Prayer: We believe prayer is crucial to stay dependent and empowered by God's spirit. Jn 15:5; Col 4:2; Rm 8:26; Eph 6:18-20.
- Partnership: We believe that partnership with key Christian leaders, churches and organizations around the world is the most effective way of accomplishing God's goals and objectives. 1 Cor 12; Rm 12:4-8; Eph 4:11-13.
- Position and Identity: We believe in the scriptural position and identity of every believer in Christ. Eph 1:17-22; 1 Cor 15:10; Jn 15:5; Col 2:10; Eph 1:5; 2 Cor 5:17.
- Evangelism: We believe that lost people matter to God; therefore, they matter to us. Lk 15; Lk 5:30-32; Mt. 28:19-20; Jn 3:16.
- Cultural Relevance: We believe that equipping must take place in a culturally relevant way while remaining doctrinally pure. 1 Cor 9:19-23; Acts 17:16-34.
- Equipping and Empowerment: We believe that every believer should develop the fruit of the spirit and be involved in meaningful ministries, which use their spiritual gifts, abilities and experiences. 1 Cor 12; Rm 12:4-8; Eph 4:11-13; 1 Pet 4:9-11.
- Sustainability: We believe that our training, tools and resources will produce local churches that are self-sustainable.
- Excellence: We believe in individual value added service with an attitude of excellence.
- Contemporary Approach: We believe in change for growth, while not bound by man made tradition.
