New and Living Way seek to equip church planters by providing them resources on how to adopt, target, research, engage and finally plant a church among the unreached people. Resources and tools will be provided for personal growth, discipleship programs in the local church and mobilizing the laity for impacting their communities, cities and nations. 

The LifeBook & CD Virtual Institute in Partnership with Global Advance
New and Living Way in partnership with Global Advance have translated and published into Hindi language a 52-week topical manual titled, "Lifebook" geared towards equipping Christian leaders in the North India. This is a treasured tool that will be freely given to pastoral and ministry leaders that are trained at the New and Living Way institutes.

In cooperation with International School of Ministry, Global Advance has made an effective training tool to leave with key church leaders, who can in turn train others. New and Living Way conducts CD Virtual Institutes with practical teachings beneficial to the ministry effectiveness and development of pastoral leaders in the various cities of North India. Over 100 hours of training in native languages are made available through generous partnership of Global Advance.
